He was predeceased by: his parents, Whaley Lowry and Carrie Mae Locklear Lowry; his wife Annie Ruth Lowry; his children, Mack Arnold Lowry, Terry Lowry and Donnie Ann Lowry; his siblings, Billy Lowry, Leroy Lowry, Prentice Lowry, Eutha Mae Lowry, Julie Mae Lowry and Josephine Lowry; and his daughter Judy Ann Lowry.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Locklear-Collins and Melissa Clementa; his siblings, Beatrice Beasley and Jerry Lowry; his grandchildren, Marie, Angelo, Kesha, Shawn, Victoria, Magena, Salvitor, Sierra, Miranda, Michael and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Kianna, Jaden, Joshua, Antonio, Wesley, Sebastian, Genesis, Mila, Gia, Taki'Lan, Naomi, Abigail, Anthony, Grace and Dorman; and his caregiver Gene Herman Oxendine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
