He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kline Cooper; his children, Danielle Wilkins, Chad Cooper (Shelly) and James Cooper (Heather); his siblings, Jeffery Cooper (Denise), Charles Cooper, Grace Cooper (Leslie) and Katlyn Locklear; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Kasey of Bryce, CJ, Jamie, Stella, Jana, Aubrey and Hannah; his niece Myranda Hanna; and his close friend Otis.
