He is survived by: his children, Harvey Ray Oxendine, Sandy Jacobs (Dallas) and Jessie Oxendine (Brandy) of Rowland; his stepchildren, Lori Sampson of Red Springs and Paul Sampson of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Noah, Harley, Destiny, Jace, Halana, Lucas, Emory Jae, Ariah, Kierra, Brandon, Kelly, Sebastian, Damian, Tye, Devin, Ladamian and Darren; and his siblings, Carlton Oxendine, Erneta Locklear, OJ Oxendine, Mildred Locklear, Beckie Oxendine, Willie Oxendine, Calhoun Oxendine, Earl Oxendine and Ruby Mae Oxendine. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
