It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyndell Thompson Stone of Rowland, North Carolina, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Thompson Stone and Ida RuthWarwick Stone; his wife Sarah Olive Lane Stone; and his son-in-law Andrew Britt II. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Lyn Stone (Bonnie) of Rowland and Debbie; and his grandchildren, Laura Lynn Bailey (Joseph), Bo Stone (Missy), Amy Stone Scott (Dwayne), Mark Britt (Samantha) and Jonathan Britt (Amber). He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
