She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar James Harvey and Hazel Price Harvey. She is survived by: her husband Ralph H. Lewis, Jr.; her children, Melinda Evers-Lewis (Bert-Jan Evers) of Almere and David Lewis of Roxboro; and her granddaughters, Isabelle Evers and Marie-Claire Evers.
