She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Hicks; and her grandson Logan Whitt. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Bowes Melton; her husband Fred Thomas Elliott; her children, Jennifer Campbell (Sammy Whitt), Kristy Campbell (James Tingen) and Joshua Campbell (Brittany); her stepson Jonathan Elliott; her stepfather Cecil Melton; her sister Linda Long (Vance); and her grandchildren, Michaela Evans, Chris Morasco, Joseph Campbell and Jacob Campbell. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
