She was predeceased by: her father Otis Henry Johnson; and her brother Steven Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Mildred Akers Johnson; her husband James Michael Bowes; her children, Lee Caudell (Christine) of Hartsville, SC and Jamey Caudell; her stepson Doug Bowes (Christie) of Timberlake; her brothers, Johnny Johnson (Shelby) of Meadowview, VA, Randall Johnson (Lisa) of Sims and Terry Johnson of Norfolk, VA; her grandchildren, Courtney Caudell and Kaylee Caudell; and her stepgrandchildren, Delanei Clayton, Camryn Bowes and Lindsey Fagala. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Executive Order regarding the COVID-19, the attendance will be limited to 50 people.
