He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bradsher Hicks and Maggie Lou Clayton Hicks; and his siblings, Ted Hicks, Priscilla Rogers and Martie Comer.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Cole Hicks; his sons, Chris J. Hicks and Craig Hicks (Jenny); his grandchildren, Evan Hicks, Kaley Vogel, Kenston Fuller (Kayla), Madison Hicks, Cade Hicks and Jenna Grace Hicks; his great grandchildren, Kayson Fuller, Emma Lynn Fuller, Finnley Fuller and Bentley Fuller; and his sisters, Carolyn Fisher, Patsy Campbell (Troy) and Deborah Tatum (Tom).
