He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph and Bessie Louise Webster Adams; his spouse Genene Turner Adams; his son Kevin Greene Adams; and his siblings, Betty Miller, Dezzie Stewart, Greney Adams, Joe Adams and Horace Dwayne Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Derek Adams (Linda), Brandon J. Adams and Kristie A. Fox (Gary); his grandchildren, Christopher Heath Adams (Laura), Jessica Lynn Adams (Luke), Kevin Joseph Adams and Aaron Michael Adams; his great grandchildren, Hunter Grant Adams, Kelsey Genene Adams, Brooklyn Caroline Adams and Elowyn Grace Walker; and his siblings, Magdelene Miller (Robert), Linda Parsons and Bobby Adams (Carol).
