He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Obie Mason and Ruth Robertson Vann; his wife Susan Floyd Vann; his brother James R. Vann (Laura) of Raleigh; and his sibling's children, Sarah, Walker Vann, Stacy, Nathan Floyd, Robin Thibault and Ryan Floyd. He was also cherished by cousins, in-laws and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brooks and White Funeral Home (907 Durham Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
