She was predeceased by: her parents, Osmond Afley and Ruby Helen Carver Clayton; and her brother Ozzie Clayton. She is survived by: her husband Billy Linwood Long; her children, Debbie Riley (Andy) of Hurdle Mills, NC and Linn Long (Amy) of Roxboro, NC; and her grandchildren, Andy Riley, Jr., Melissa Greer and Jessica Shull. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
