He was predeceased by: his mother Dolly Humphries. He is survived by: his father James "J. B." Bowes; his brother Mickey Ray Bowes; his close friend Wendy McFarland; his children, Michelle Bowes Kline (Woody) and Taylor Bowes; his sister Tina Bowes Snow (Troy); his stepchildren, Aaron McFarland and Haley McFarland; and his stepmother Lynn Bowes.
