Edward Franklin Bogie Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Franklin Bogie (Roxboro, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 21, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bogie and Luella Chamberlain Bogie; and his brother Michael Bogie. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bradford Bowes Bogie; his sons, Barry Bogie, Randy Bowes (Tammy) and Tim Bowes (Betty); and his siblings, Tom Bogie, David Bogie, Nancy Gross and Cathy Wray. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brooks and White Funeral Home (907 Durham Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
