Emilio DeFilippo Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on June 28, 2023, at the age of 87, Emilio DeFilippo (Roxboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele De Filippo and Gaetana Annunziata De Filippo; his wife Elisa Orzano De Filippo; his brothers, Gianni De Filippo and Renato De Filippo; and his son Michael De Filippo.

He is survived by: his daughter Denise De Filippo Zogbi (Tim); his brother Gaetano De Filippo (Lena); his grandchildren, Daniel Zogbi, Jane Zogbi, Lindsay Zogbi, Katherine Zogbi, Julianne Cooper (Jacob), Brian De Filippo (Jesselyn), Lauren De Filippo and Christine De Filippo; his great grandchild Ethan Cooper; and his daughter-in-law Patricia De Filippo.

In honor of his memory, the family asks for donations be made to Duke.
