He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Gentry of Baltimore and Thanetta Gentry of Atlanta, Georgia; his niece Petrina Gentry-Clay (Sylvester Clay) of Roxboro; and his nephews, Reverend Michael Laurence Gentry (Shireka) of Burlington, Markeith Lorenzo Gentry (Koreen) of Durham and Aurelious Randy Gentry of Baltimore. He is also survived by his wife, stepchildren and son-in-law.
