He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest B. Wood, Sr. and Dorothy Bell Wood. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Wrenn Wood; and his daughter Miriam Elizabeth Wood.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Brooks and White Funeral Home (907 Durham Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
