He is survived by: his wife Florence Ann; his children, Donnie Murray, Brian Murray and Michelle Pruitt; his sisters, Agnes Stone of Roxboro and Ruth Beal of Oxford; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Pruitt of Roxboro, J. R. Pruitt of Roxboro, Cameron Murray of Roxboro and Chelsea Murray of Roxboro.
