He is survived by: his brother Donnie Downey (Shelia) of Roxboro; his nieces, Dacia Downey and Dawn Downey; his great-nephews, Breon Bracey of Baltimore, Bradley Downey of Baltimore, Aiden Downey of Baltimore and Santana Downey of Baltimore; Bria Downey of Maryland. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
