He was predeceased by: his parents, Bedford Hill and Lena May Cox Hill; his brothers, Doug and David Hill; and his great grandchild Cheyenne Clayton.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Billings Hill; his children, Kim Francisco of Roxboro, Kristie Harris of Timberlake, Frederick Allen Hill, II of Elon and Stephen Travis Hill of Roxboro; and his sisters, Barbara H. Evans of Bahama, Rena Hill of Kernersville and Mary Samuels of Hope, AR. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
