He is survived by: his wife Cora Royster Bumphus; his children, Mazie Evans (Lonnie) of Fayetteville, NC, Ola McIver (Joseph) of Roxboro, NC, Gracie Gentry (Cortez) of Durham, NC, Shirley Street of Roxboro, Gloria Bumphus Ragland (Dock) of Roxboro, Brenda Cash (Kent) of Timberlake, NC and Lisa B. Parker (Reece) of Timberlake, NC; and his sister Esther Lyons of Roxboro. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other additional relatives, friends.
