She was predeceased by: her parents, William Landis O'Brien and Essie Irene O'Brien; her husband Rexford Blalock; her children, Bonita Faye Blalock, Richard L. Blalock and Lisa Renee Blalock; and her sister Marie Riley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
