Blackwell, Shavonda Winstead of Roxboro and Lavonda Allen of Roxboro; his aunt Rosa Duff of Roxboro; and his sister-in-law Zelma Blackwell of Raleigh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
