It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennie Woods of Roxboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Earl Love, Sr.; her siblings, Margaret Wiley, Benjamin Love, Amos Love, Mamos Love, James Monroe Love, Earl Love, Jr., Hattie Snipes, Sarah Beatrice Smith, Monnie Brown, Ruby Glass and Tyson Love, Sr.; and her niece Linda Love.
She is survived by: her children, Angelia Burton of Roxboro, Richard Woods, III (Beverly) of Roxboro, Michelle Stewart (Joseph) of Roxboro, Derrick Woods (Glynis) of Greensboro, NC, Brenda Cash of Roxboro, Jennifer Woods of Roxboro, Donta Woods (Cynthia) of Kannapolis, NC and Randy Woods (Tabitha) of Roxboro; her siblings, Odessa Easterling of Greensboro and Elbert M. Love (Hazel) of Sacramento; her niece Brenda Love of Roxboro; her nephews, Tyson Love, Jr. and Keith Love, Sr.; and her close friend George Stanfield of Leasburg, NC. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
