She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Fredrick and Nellie Sue Duncan Millhouse; her husband William Ira "Bill" James; her children, Dylan Lee Bowes, Chase Thomas Spencer and Karleigh Nicole James; her grandson Braxtyn Lee Spencer; her siblings, Amanda M. Small (Kelly), Sandra M. Quattro (Stephen), Linda M. McDermott (Christopher), Kathleen M. Law (Joseph) and Daniel Millhouse (Marjorie); and her nephew Zach Small.
