With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Shotwell (Roxboro, North Carolina), who passed away on November 6, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Shotwell and Berkley Shotwell. He is survived by: his significant other Enos Slaughter; his children, Evie Harrison (Tom Harrison) and Andy Shotwell (Carolyn Shotwell); his granddaughters, Haley Shotwell and Lindsay Thompson (Hunter Thompson); his great grandchild Whitley Thompson; his son Ryan Shotwell (Heather Shotwell); his grandchildren, Aiden Shotwell and Paige Shotwell; his fiancée Nancy Horn; his granddaughter Kaylin Horn; and his brothers, Bobby (Patricia Shotwell), Frank Shotwell and Mike (Teresa Shotwell).
