He is survived by: his wife Rosa Watson Hodges; his children, Bonnie H. Meeler (Eldridge), Dennis D. Hodges (Teresa), Betty H. Yarbrough (Mitch) and Sherri M. Hodges; his grandchildren, Bryan Oakley (Lori), Michelle O. Moore (Bryan), Joshua Yarbrough (Shannon), Logan Yarbrough (Kolbe), Catherine Baker (Chelsea) and Jonathan Hodges Baker; and his great grandchildren, Margaret Moore, Madeline Moore, Evelyn Moore, Alyssa Oakley, David Oakley, Holden Yarbrough, Harper Yarbrough and Hallie Yarbrough.
