She was predeceased by: her parents, Merty Jacobs and Pattie Holeman Jacobs; her husband Gilbert D. Raglin, Sr.; her children, Harry D. Weaver, Sr., Gilbert Raglin, Jr., Pattie Raglin Oliver and Shelby Raglin Lunsford; and her sister Mary Ann Lunsford.
She is survived by: her children, Lillian Torain-Pettiford of Roxboro, NC and Roy Lee Raglin (Lori) of Roxboro; her grandson Gilbert Robinson; her siblings, Nathaniel Cates, Leroy Jacobs, Preston Jacobs and Diane Jacobs; and her daughter-in-law Wanda Weaver of Durham, NC. She is also survived by other grandchildren, great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren.
