He is survived by: his parents, Billy Allen Kirby Jr. and Belinda Kay Modlin Kirby; his children, Logan Kirby and Bayleigh Kirby; his stepsons, Scotty Vandling and Bryson Vandling; his siblings, Kristy Kirby Sheppard (Kevin) of Prospect Hill, NC and Allen Kirby of Balsam Grove, NC; his nieces, Tiffany Baize (Mark) of Anderson, NC and Brittany Luker (Trevor) of Cullowhee, NC; and his nephew Jeremy Sheppard (Ashlyn) of Mebane, NC. He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews.
