He was predeceased by: his parents, Hudson Wallace and Eldorado Mangum Lipscomb; and his siblings, Stanley Lipscomb, Carlton Lipscomb, Joe Lipscomb, Linwood "Lin" Lipscomb, Billy Ray Lipscomb, Wilma Brooks, Anna Lee Holt and Edna Flynn.
He is survived by: his close friend Keith Wrenn. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
I had my third daughter February 2020 & the next thing I knew before I could go back COViD took over and I decided not to go back because of the danger especially in those facilities at that time.
