She was predeceased by: her father Lieutenant Colonel Thomas L. Andrews; and her grandparents, William McKinley, Lillie Olivia Andrews (Burkett) of Kinston, Eitaro and Ayako Kusuno (Nakayama) of Rocky Ford, Colorado..
She is survived by: her husband Lyle Ainsworth; her mother Jean Andrews; her daughter Lauren Koch; her son-in-law Keith; her sister Nicole Frick (family: Mark, Emily, Victoria); and her aunt Grace Andrews Griffin.
