She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Richard Balak, Sr. and Hilda Elizabeth Hafner Balak. She is survived by: her husband Ronald J. Henderson; her siblings, Joe Balak of Durham, Rick Balak (Debbie) of Virginia Beach, VA and Linda O'Hara (Chuck) of Roxboro; and her siblings-in-law, Jean James of Roxboro, Janet Henderson of Roxboro, Terry Henderson (Donna) of Roxboro, Donnie Henderson (Penny) of Roxboro and Scott Henderson of Durham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, who she loved like her children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Providence Baptist Church, 1319 Virgilina Road, Roxboro, NC 27573.
