She was predeceased by: her parents, John Andrew and Ruth Ann Brooks Wagstaff; and her siblings, John Eddie, James Burk, Ivery George, Bessie Pauline, Esther Corine, Helen Mavine, Tessie Ruth, Thenie Mae and Exie Ophelia.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Wagstaff of Leasburg, NC; and her sister-in-law Rebecca Lee of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
