She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Oakley, Sr. and Gracie Alma Clayton Oakley; her husband George Beechum O'Briant, Sr.; her son George Beechum "Butch" O'Briant, Jr.; her grandson Austin O'Briant; and her siblings, Christine Oakley, Lucille Eastwood Turner, Evon Duncan, Virginia Clayton, Sue Latta, James Oakley, J. W. Oakley, Jr., Raymond Oakley and Lex Samuel Oakley.
She is survived by: her children, Kim O. Tingen (David) of Roxboro, NC and Chance O'Briant of Roxboro, NC; her daughter-in-law Tracey H. O'Briant of Timberlake, NC; her grandchildren, James O'Briant, Alison O'Briant, Brittany Mabry (Bruce), Kristen Bayliff (Josh), Caleb Tingen, Brooklyn Tingen, Tristin O'Briant and Haleigh O'Briant; her great grandchild Gracyn Bayliff; her siblings, Willie Suitt, Barbara Loftis and Carl Oakley (Lillian); and her sister-in-law Marie Oakley.
