She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Satterwhite and Lizzie Smith Satterwhite; her husband Gene Kenneth Woods; her son Kenneth N. Woods; her grandson David Woods; her brother Robert Satterwhite; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Douglas and Delena Satterwhite.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marlene Baskerville (Gilbert) of Clarksville, Virginia and Lutricia Downey (LueArtis) of Bullock; her grandson Kenneth N. Woods, III of Pottstown, Pennsylvania; her siblings, Dorothy Douglas of Pottstown, Jeff Satterwhite and James T. Satterwhite (Yvette) of Madison, Alabama; her sister-in-law Purcell Satterwhite of Pottstown; and her great grandchild Kendric Woods. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
