She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert George and June Marjorie Johnson Parsons; her husband Harry Justin McNeil; and her brothers, Jack Parsons and Phillip Parsons.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" McNeil (Nancy Graybeal) of Cary, NC, Dan McNeil (Angie) of Nemacolin, PA and Elizabeth McNeil of Mooers Forks, NY; her grandchildren, Kelly Blevins and Krista McNeil; and her siblings, Carol Shoemaker and Robert Parsons. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
