She was predeceased by: her parents, Glennie Irvin and Edna Bradsher Irvin; her husband Melvin W. Wade; her sons, James Wade and Vincent Wade; and her siblings, Otis Irvin, Freddie Irvin, Jewel Irvin and Ivory Irvin.
She is survived by: her sons, Melvin Wade (Andre) and Troy Wade; and her niece Wanda Toadvine of Las Vegas, Nevada.
