He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Pete; his grandparents, Fletcher Paylor and Christine R. Paylor; his aunt Wanda Paylor; his cousin Christopher V. Paylor; and his uncles, Sterling, Larry, Ronnie and Donald Paylor.
He is survived by : his foster children, Sioux Scott of Roxboro, NC, Mark Scott of Roxboro, NC and Divine Scott of Roxboro, NC; his brother Terren Bass of Roxboro; his aunt Vicky Paylor of Roxboro; and his uncles, Randy Paylor of Durham, Ricky Paylor of Roxboro and Ernest "Peanut" Johnson. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
