He is survived by: his father Samuel Richard Parham; his wife Patricia Paul Parham; his children, Tracy Parham Chambers (Lance), Michael "Mikey" Thomas Parham (Donna) and Christie Parham Knott; his siblings, Richard Gregory Parham (Jane), Samuel David Parham (Diane), Cheryl Parham Lauzau (Frank), Susan Parham Reinhard (Steve) and Lewis Angelo Parham (Valerie); his grandchildren, Misty MacDougal (Alex), Kendall Tyson (Felicia), Jonathan Tyson (Ashley Jo), Colby Chambers, Trevor Chambers, Brook Parham and Brittani Parham; his great grandchildren, Hailey Tyson, Brodie Tyson, Anthony Tyson and Elizabeth Tyson; and his nieces, Stacy Wrenn-Dutko and Melony Parham.
