She was predeceased by: her parents, James Archie and Lottie Elizabeth Hamlett Winstead; her husband Curtis Winstead; and her sister Anne Winstead. She is survived by: her children, Adrona Crawley (Alecia) of Roxboro and Courtney Tanetta Winstead (Cynthia) of Oxford; her stepsons, Derek Winstead of Pittsburgh, Dante Winstead (Gaynell) of Roxboro, Terence Winstead of Roxboro and Curtis Winstead of Roxboro; and her siblings, Mamie W. Stone of Roxboro, Margie Williams (Lawrence) of Semora, Martha Smith of Roxboro, Byrd Winstead (Wanda) of Raleigh and Ruth DeShazo (Cornish) of Roxboro. She is also survived by seven sisters-in-law and five brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
