He was predeceased by: his parent Enis Lee Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Debra A. Bohanon of Roxboro, Barbara J. Bowes of Roxboro, Chris Hawkins of Roxboro and April H. Browne of Roxboro. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
