He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Alan Sisk, Sr. and Leon Morley Sisk; his brothers, Bob Sisk and Frank Heaton; and his grandchildren, Curtis Sisk, Jr., Xander Sisk, Chris Palomo, Brian Sisk (Lea) and Ryan Sisk.
