He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Gifford Hughes; his children, James Hughes (Danielle Didomenico) of Prospect Hill and Amber Hughes of Arkansas; his siblings, Darrell Edward Hughes, Frank James "Jamie" Hughes (Brandy) and Lisa Hughes Pendergrass (Pat); and his grandchildren, Natalia Turner, Kadence Hughes and Emlee Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
