She was predeceased by: her parents, Felton Hosea Allen, Sr. and Myrtle Jeffries Oakley; her husband Bernard Merritt Fogleman; her son Mitchell Blake Fogleman; and her stepbrother Edward Oakley.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Allen Fogleman (Amy) of Durham and Pamela Fogleman Bradsher (Wallace) of Roxboro; her grandchildren, Kiersten Fogleman, Garrett Fogleman (Elizabeth), Caroline Fogleman, Zach Carver, Georgia Carver, Merritt Bradsher, Jessica Bradsher, Alex B. Hubbard (Brad), Nick Bradsher and Blair Bradsher; her great grandchildren, Ella, Rey and Banner Hubbard; her brother Felton Hosea Allen, Jr.; and her stepsister Barbara Mansfield.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brooks and White Funeral Home (907 Durham Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
