She is survived by: her husband Ronald Hazel; her sons, Jay Hazel (Kim) of Roxboro and Rodney Hazel (Lisa) of Greensboro, NC; her grandchildren, Caroline, Kenley Hazel of Roxboro, Kirby Hazel Jethro (Bennett) of Durham, Spencer Hazel of Greensboro, NC, Morgan and Parker Hazel of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, Johnny Martin, Otis Martin (Musette) of Roxboro, Sue Martin of Marietta, Linda Epps of Chesterfield, VA and Peggy McGlohon (Reeves) of Charlotte, NC..
