He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee and Annie Mae Jaurdon Norton. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Frances Fitts Norton; his sons, Steve Burnett Norton, Jr. (Rachel), Randall Thomas Norton (Bethany) and Sean Corey Norton; and his siblings, Jimmy Norton, Brenda Rudder and Ann Norton.
