We announce the death of Sylvia Lean Williams (Roxboro, North Carolina), who passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parent Eulah Yellock Wheeler; and her siblings, Curtis T. Wheeler, John Wheeler, Annie Mae Johnson, Erma Hester and Jackie Wheeler.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Earl Williams; her stepchildren, Robert Williams, II (Elizabeth) of Roxboro, Terry Williams (Shirlene) of Roxboro and April Carrington (Phillip) of South Boston, Virginia; and her siblings, David Wheeler (Cola) of Burlington, Robert Wheeler of Burlington, Ben Wheeler (Robin) of Burlington, Dale Wheeler of Burlington, Esther Wheeler of Burlington, Lonnie Wheeler of Wilkesboro and Paula Mann (Richard) of Roxboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other additional loving relatives and friends.
