She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Church and Juanita Jones Davis. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer W. Fish (Phillip) and Jason B. Wilkerson (Erica); her grandchildren, Tyler Fish, Jacob Fish, Aiden Fish, Haley Wilkerson, Jordan Wilkerson and Brandon Wilkerson; her great grandchild Warren Lane Mize; and her sisters, Carol Hawkins (Mike), Ann Hawkins (Mark) and Peggy Woods (Keith).
