She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Daymon and Virginia Laura Hatcher Shelton; her husband Richard Thomas Roberson, Sr.; her son Richard "Tommy" Roberson, Jr.; and her siblings, Cora Cash, Charlie Phillips and Joe Shelton.

She is survived by: her daughter Yolanda Roberson; her sister Rebecca Terry of Cedar Bluff, MS; her grandson Dale Morris of Leasburg, NC; and her great grandchildren, Tiffany Morris, Chloe Morris and Kristina Morris.
