He is survived by: his wife Lucille Watkins; his brother Thaddeus Watkins of Danville, Virginia; his sibling's children, Devon Torain of Hillsborough, Alvin Watkins of Roxboro, Melinda Watkins of Chapel Hill, Kathy Watkins and Angela Watkins; his cousin Minister Estella Okafor of Roxboro; and his sister-in-law Gloria Harris of South Boston, Virginia. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
