He is survived by: his wife Dawn Spencer Touchton; his children, Jason (Kasey Touchton), Ashley (John King), Taylor (Morgan Spencer), Garrett (Jordan Spencer) and Samuel (Abigail Spencer); his brother Nick Touchton of St. Petersburg, FL; and his grandchildren, Dylan Touchton, Luke Touchton, Madison Martin, Joel King, Emerson Spencer, Finley Spencer, Brycen Spencer, Marlie Spencer and Dawson Spencer.
